The following rules are in place for the 2010 season;

- The permit also covers partners and children fishing whilst the permit holders present. If fishing as a family please fish in one swim and a maximum of 3 rods per permit still applies.
- Fish responsibly and respect fellow syndicate members, a map in the cabin denotes which area of lake ‘belongs‘ to which peg in the event of the lake being busy. If the lake is quiet you may place your baits where you want within reason, please be aware that if this infringes another swim you may have to recast in the event of another member arriving in it.
- Under no circumstances fish with more than 3 rods, if the lake is busy consider using less.
- All rods must be in one swim. The boat swim is 2 pegs please fish from one or the other a board marks the split.
- The point consists of 3 swims please fish from 1 only not 2 or all 3.
